Lottie Consalvo in group show at Byron Art School Project Space

October 12, 2018

Lottie Consalvo will be exhibiting photographic and painted works in the Black Diamond Money group show, opening TONIGHT at the Byron School of Art Project Space from 6-8PM. Curated by Michael Cusack, this exhibition involves an incredible line-up of artists with a connection to Newcastle, showcasing the breadth and depth of works from this region. Lottie will be exhibiting alongside Michael Bell, Dallas Bray, Michelle Brodie, James Drinkwater, Stephen Garrett, Chris Langlois, Claire Martin, Izabela Pluta, Niomi Sands, Lezlie Tilley, John Turier, and Cherie Winter. The title of the show is taken from the work of Newcastle poet and writer Dave Murray and the show itself will continue until 24 October.

The BSA Project Space is managed by the Byron School of Art, a not for profit art school based on an international model of artists teaching artists. In this exhibition, Lottie’s photograph (pictured above) made during the Kaldor Public Art Project 30 Marina Abramović: In Residence will be on display in conjunction with her recent paintings.
