Lottie Consalvo in conversation with Jonathan Dalton, James Drinkwater and Sarah Johnson at Newcastle Art Gallery

Saturday 16 June from 2-3PM, Lottie Consalvo, James Drinkwater and the painter of their portrait for the 2017 Archibald Prize Jonathan Dalton will be in discussion with curator Sarah Johnson at Newcastle Art Gallery.

Jonathan is a first-time Archibald finalist with this portrait and says of the work: “Whatever can be said about the sitters, it’s definitely the best portrait of a couch I’ve ever done.” See James, Lottie and the couch in the flesh to discuss art, life, and living room furniture.
