September 3, 2020
Join us on Sunday 20 September at 2PM to hear from artists Janet Laurence and Emily Parsons-Lord about our group show ‘Secret Garden‘.
Hear from two artists whose works engage with the wonder of nature and how it must wrestle with the changes in climate propelled by human action. Laurence presents new multi-panel works and a delicate early work on paper, capturing the scope of nature from vast aerial views to isolated arbours and singular stalks. Alongside this, Parsons-Lord’s alchemical installation conjures melted gallium from the gallery walls, commenting on extreme temperatures.
